The reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act has passed with a final vote of 273-147, we talk about that, plus Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana pushes the EDUCATE Act, a bill that would eliminate federal funding to medical schools that embed the diversity, equity, and inclusion  agenda into their admission or instruction policies.
